Process
Trustina Process

The process begins with an interview to better understand your notion and determine the approach which we collaboratively agree to. The interview takes approximately one hour. This provides enough time to determine if the relationship is worth pursuing for both of us and if Trustina has the expertise to support you or your business. Everything discussed is kept confidential. At the end of the interview, we will determine how to proceed.
A simple four step process is followed:
Step One – Initial Interview
During this interview we will discuss what your challenges are and your vision for resolution. Together we determine the next step. The interview will result in one of three outcomes, we decide to work together, I provide a referral or Trustina is not able to assist you at this time.
Step Two – Assessment
If we are looking at your business then we will consider the people, existing processes, tools, financials and available time to create the actionable plan. If we are pursuing one-on-one coaching then we will consider your current situation, what your vision is and partner on the development of an actionable plan.
Step Three – Development of an Actionable Plan
During this step we will create an actionable plan in order for you to realize the change you desire. My philosophy is that there is no cookie cutter plan that can be applied although there are some guiding principles that may be applied. The guiding principles I follow are:
  • Be open to trying something new
  • Think out of the box
  • Communicate the desired vision
  • Include the People affected by the change
  • Realize that the plan will change as evolution occurs
  • The word “Can’t” is replaced with “How?”
  • Step Four – Monitor and Support Progress
During this step we will meet regularly to monitor the progress and make any changes to the plan. This will also include any post completion reflections on what did and didn’t work.
